HUNTINGTON BEACH ROYALE
The project proposed will include a total of 238,000 square feet, two 4- story buildings, one 2- story building, integrating 190 condominiums totaling 200,110 sq. ft. and approximately 15,000 square feet of retail, office and restaurant and live/work units with a total square footage of 16,536 square feet. and 2 levels of underground parking area for 560 car stalls. Ground level is provided with walks and open seating spaces for shoppers of the retail and office users. A fully landscaped recreational area with a swimming pool is provided on the ground floor solely for residential units.

LA PALMA ROYALE
La Palma Royale is a memory care provider in Anaheim, CA. The staff at La Palma Royale provide supervision and are able to remind residents to attend to activities of daily living such as grooming and toileting. Staff are on service 24 hours a day. There are activities appropriate for seniors with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia that help keep residents active and engaged. It is a secured property. Residents who are prone to wandering can be accepted. At La Palma Royale, you can rest assured because nurse is on staff and a doctor is on call. Devotional services are provided to residents.
