LA PALMA ROYALE
Destiny La Palma Royale is a 199-bed senior care facility in Anaheim, CA. Azure owns and manages the daily operations of the facility including accounting, staff management, food services, assisted living, memory care, medical support services, physical therapy, activities and entertainment.
